2. Safety is not a line item for us

Every inflatable is cleaned, disinfected, and physically checked before it goes out for a job. We go through anchor points, seams, blower connections, and entrance flaps every single time. We do a test inflation before we leave. On the day, we anchor the unit to your specific surface because concrete, grass, and indoor flooring each require a different approach.

3. We give you honest advice, even when it costs us the booking

If the unit you have chosen is too large for your garden, we will tell you before anything is confirmed. If a water slide is a genuine weather risk given your event date, we will say so rather than take the booking and quietly hope for the best. If your condo function room has access dimensions that make a particular inflatable impractical, you will hear it from us well before the day.

We would much rather point you toward a smaller unit that works beautifully than oversell and have your event day become stressful. Events that go well are how we get recommended to the next family, and that matters to us a great deal more than the value on an invoice.

4. Pricing that does not change on the day

Our quote covers delivery to your venue, full setup, a safety check, the rental period, and collection at the end. There are no setup fees added on afterwards, no surcharge for normal use, and no invoice that looks different from the number we agreed on.

If anything about your venue might affect our logistics, such as a long carry from the nearest parking or a managed facility with a specific delivery window, we will talk through it before you confirm your booking. You will always know what to expect.

5. We handle the day so you can actually be part of it

You have put real thought into this event. The guest list, the food, the cake your child changed their mind about at least once. The bouncy castle should be the straightforward part of the day, not another thing to manage.

We arrive with enough time to set everything up properly before your guests get there. We do a full safety check, ensure everything is running well, and step back so the party can actually begin. When it is all over, we come back and take care of the pack-down completely. There is nothing for you to deflate, roll, or carry, and that is exactly how it should be.

Do you have experience with events like mine?

How do I know the inflatable will actually be clean?

We clean and disinfect every unit after every hire, and do a full physical inspection before it goes out again. We do not operate on a weekly cleaning schedule. If you would like to know more about what that process involves, we are happy to walk you through it.

What if something goes wrong on the day?

It is rare, but we will not pretend it never happens. If there is a technical issue with a unit, we troubleshoot it on the spot. If something cannot be resolved, we will work with you to find a solution rather than leave you to figure it out alone. You will always have a direct number for us on the day, not a general inbox.

Does it really matter which company I go with? Aren’t they all similar?

In terms of what they offer, yes — most companies carry similar inflatables.
